Half Past Yellow releases co-op horror game Stream Train on Steam
Half Past Yellow has released Stream Train on Steam following a playtest with more than 10,000 players. The co-op horror game supports up to six players exploring the Uncanny Valley by steam train, filming supernatural encounters and pranks to earn livestream donations for fuel and gear. Game director Max Wrighton said quality-of-life improvements and more items, locations and monsters are planned over the next couple of months. The game has a 35% launch discount lasting 14 days.
Flipping Is Hard released on PC through Steam
Elegant Horse Studios has released Flipping Is Hard, a physics-driven 3D platformer for PC on Steam in which players flip a Nokia-style brick phone across ten handcrafted areas. It supports up to 16 players through Steam Friends lobbies with proximity voice chat. The standard mode has no checkpoints, while Flipping Is Chill includes them; a harder Flipping Is Insane mode is planned for a post-launch update. The game costs $14.99, discounted to $9.74 during its launch promotion.

Clash Royale: The Grand Arena set for Kickstarter launch
Supercell’s Clash Royale: The Grand Arena, a board game developed with Maestro Media, is scheduled to launch on Kickstarter on October 20, 2026. The tabletop adaptation supports two to four players and incorporates the mobile game’s card strategy, Elixir management and tower battles. Players build eight-card decks around a chosen champion and can upgrade or add characters between battles. They compete to destroy towers and collect crowns, with the most crowns determining the winner.
HeroQuest: Digital Edition planned for PC in 2027
Nomad Games and Balor Games have announced HeroQuest: Digital Edition, an officially licensed adaptation of the tabletop adventure game planned for PC in 2027. Players can control a party solo or play as four heroes against a fifth player taking the role of Zargon, using dice-based, turn-based combat. A Quest Editor supports custom adventures, while built-in mod.io integration provides access to community creations. A closed beta playtest is planned, with no date specified.

Modern Warfare 4 combines open-world exploration with scripted campaign encounters
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 combines a campaign about South Korean marines facing a fictional North Korean invasion with an open-world mission containing linear stories and designed combat encounters. Infinity Ward’s Alex Norris and Justin Harris told GamesBeat that Stranded, inspired by Black Ops 6, allows more time to develop the squad’s characters and relationships. Military consultants informed characterization and infantry tactics. The developers also discussed resolving character arcs, particularly Price’s, without confirming whether this is the final Modern Warfare game.
